You come from the north : the best way is the "highway to the sun" (Route du Soleil) A7.
You should leave the highway at "Saint Maximin La Sainte Baume", drive toward Brue Auriac, through Barjols (stop and buy wine), Taverns and Montmeyan. At this place, you will find a sign a sign indicating Artignosc sur Verdon (one of the two in the world): it is the most common way, especially with a caravan.
But you can also drive through the mountain, Gap, Sisteron Manosque, then follow Riez, Saint Croix du verdon : it is the most beautiful landscape
You can also leave the A7 highway at Aix en Provence and drive toward Manosque. You will leave this way at Saint Paul les Durance and drive to Vinon-sur-Verdon and Artignosc sur Verdon.
You come from the south :
You should leave the same A7 highway (from east to west) at Le Muy. Then follow Draguignan, Flayosc, Salernes, Aups, Régusse and ... Artignosc.
Starting from Saint Tropez : drive to Le Muy
Starting from Hyères or Bandol, Toulon : drive to Cuers, then Brignoles, Barjols, Tavernes , Montmeyan.

Camping Avelanède ** - 83630 Artignosc sur Verdon – open in July and August. Call Contact us for other dates. 100 pitches on 12 hectares - shaded plains and terraces, fields along the hedge open fields, underwoods, oaks and pine trree. At the campsite, opening time:
In the neighbourhood: water sports, ranch, hiking, possibility to fish, hunting, truffles and mushrooms depending on the season, supermarket and post office.
8 to 15 km: car repair in Montmeyan, the beaches of Bauduen or Saint Croix and in Aups or Barjols: banks, pharmacies, Provencal market, ...
less than two hours driving : Monte carlo, Nice and Canes, Saint Tropez (may be 3 hours the last 500 meters), Marseille, Cassis…
